Occupational Automotive Industry Related Education

Hello and thanks for visiting! My name is Butch Lysholm and I have been in the automotive collision industry since 1969. Through my extensive experience, I have been recognized as an expert in Federal District Court in Washington D.C. in 2002 & 2007 and received commendation from The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

OAIRE was formed in July of 2000 to provide safety education and training about advanced automotive restraints and other new technologies and tailor to specific occupational needs with automotive, first responder and the insurance industry. Because of specific needs a class curriculum has been developed for each. The car is changing. We all need to keep up. Most often we do not get current information until the vehicle is right in front of us.

OAIRE has a mission and an objective to provide this service to you by continued research and development, updating the latest in automotive technology and directing that technology to the appropriate industry. Automotive repair, insurance personnel and fleet services need to know what is coming and changing liability. First responders need to know what they are up against securing the crash scene with all the new restraint systems, locations, propellants and now hybrid electric vehicles (HEV) with the hydrogen fuel cell in the near future. Safety is everyone's concern.

OAIRE provides local, regional and national training classes. We will come to you with the appropriate curriculum and adjust to your needs. OAIRE has provided 1027 classes to date since February 1995, 240 State Approved CE classes –788 with First Responders, Paramedics, Fire Rescue & State Patrol. Total participants – 29,988 (11,818 agents / claims / autobody - 18,175 First Responders) in 41 States, Washington DC, St. Thomas/St. John US Virgin Islands, & three Canadian Provinces. Recent train the trainer classes with MN State Patrol, Charleston, SC Fire, Ft. Myers FL Fire, Salem OR Fire, Boulder CO Fire, Tulsa and St. Louis Fire Training Academies & Edina, MN, Washington & South Dakota State Fire Schools. Please contact us for any recent class referrals.
